Mashudu Mbhele is a social entrepreneur. She is in the business of transforming, empowering and raising consciousness of people. She was born and raised in Soweto. She has been in the mining industry (gold, coal, diamond, platinum and heavy minerals sands) for over 19 years since qualifying. She has participated in lots of development programme since joining the mining industry and they are part of shaping the person she is. She also participated in Women-In-Mining initiatives and have been a speaker in engineering conferences, a facilitator in workshops and also involved in philanthropy work.
She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves. She believes that everyone has the ability to achieve great things, and is dedicated to helping them realize their potential. As a trained and and experienced coach, she uses various customized techniques to help people transform their lives and achieve their goals.
